you heard that i was trouble , BUT YOU COULDN'T RESISTJ U S T T A K E A B I T E L E T M E S H A K E U P Y O U R W O R L D- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -The archery range was on the outskirts of Camp Half Blood. And well, Drew, she finally hit the range, she ran there, which most people thought was insane but , she did it every morning just the same. Her clothes drenched in sweat. Well, her tank top was, which made it see through and made it clear she was wearing a bikini. Yes, she wore a bathing suit while running, just in case she wanted to jump into the lake but that was very unlikely. Some of the men at Camp Half Blood, well they weren’t the most gentlemen like boys in this place.
She woke up that morning, a little groggy as always, her hair in a mess, but she ran a hand through her hair combing out most of the knots. The sun was well obnoxiously in her face which forced her out of bed. “Damn you, waking me so early”. She wasn’t completely insane and speaking to herself, she was actually speaking to well, Apollo, even though she knew he wasn’t there, She knew he had his responsibilities over the sun. Which woke all the residents of Camp Half Blood every morning. So, why not give him a little hello.
She rolled out of bed. She walked into the bathroom and turned on the shower, letting the water run and the steam rise and fill the room. She undressed herself and walked underneath the running water. Finishing up, she walked out and well, stood in front of her dresser, getting ready for her run. She slipped on her bikini. She was thinking of taking a swim but would probably convince herself otherwise. But she still wore it all the same. She took out a pair of jean shorts and a white tank top. She sat down on her bed and slipped on a pair of socks and her converse. She tied them quickly and took her cell phone off of her dresser, and put it in her back pocket. She quickly put her blond hair up in a bun but some strands of hair decided to slip through the hair tie.
She ran out the door of her cabin and began her run. No one was up, except for her and the sun that was still in the process of rising. She passed the climbing wall, the dining hall, a small caw came from above her. Looking up she saw the pet her father left her, a vulture. A small smile played on her lips as she passed the stables and soon enough the courtyard. She was now standing at the edge of the forest. Yes, there were monster encounters in the forest but mostly at night, she wove back and forth in between the trees and other foliage around. Making her way safely through the forest, she approached the fire pit. This place, was where her cousins tended the always burning fire. She loved it. She always was in awe of what kinds of things her uncle could produce. It wasn’t anything simple there was always an element of intricate design that was put into his products.
She cut through the rest of the camp, and ended up at the archery range. The last possible place she could go without leaving the camp. She never really had a problem with Half Blood. Most people didn’t like her though. So, she tended to keep to herself. She didn’t mind either. She was nice, but probably came off too strong. She had that inner fight in her all the time. She couldn’t help it. It was her father. And she was definitely just like him. She wasn’t going to hide the fact that she was totally interested in males. She loved it when she got the attention, but some of them, the ones who were like her in personality, well, she could barely stand them. She mostly fought with them. She got into verbal arguments and well it was never pretty with arrogant men. And to be honest, she kind of liked it. But she didn’t let anyone know about that little secret.
Looking at the empty field, Drew felt a sense of accomplishment, yeah, her sweaty clothes made her feel accomplished of how hard she worked out, but she also felt accomplished about how well she’s done so far. She was getting a good hold on her powers and well, she was ready to take on the world. She felt like anything was possible. She suddenly had the instinct that well, someone was with her. But she brushed it away thinking that it could just be her dad. But on the other hand, her arms at her sides, well, her hands started to clench. She was ready for a fight. And well, all of her senses were heightened. Her guard was up, and until someone made themselves known, she wasn’t letting her guard down one bit.

---------- It had been a long night so far, and as Nico was sitting on the edge of the lake, the archery behind him, staring at the horizon he couldn't help but think it was going to only get longer. For some reason, he had trouble sleeping on a regular basis and the only reasoning he could think of for it was that the Son of Hades in him wanted to stay up at night, where the shadows comforted him. Unfortunately however, the son of a human in him couldn't sleep during the day, so it usually took 2 or 3 to tire himself out completely before he managed to induce himself into a mini coma regardless of the time of day.
Having just woken from one of his little comas earlier that afternoon, Nico didn't even bother trying to get sleep tonight, he just got dressed, left his cabin via the shadows, and wandered aimlessly around the camp, avoiding anyone that would tell him he should be safely locked up in his cabin. He began to laugh at the concept of being safe in this camp. Everyday demigods battle each other and yet they're worried about creatures coming in from outside? It was a joke. The only thing that was dangerous to them inside the camp was themselves, and half of them were figuring out ways to spend the night shacked up in their other halves cabin with them, so really, what was there to be saved from?
As he continued to sit at the edge of the lake, Nico noticed the tip of the sun beginning it's ascent into the sky, flooding the surrounding area with beautiful blues and pinks. Lifting two of his fingers to his forehead and bringing them back down again, he saluted Apollo, who's job it was the bring the sun on his journey. Whether he was there or not, or even if he could see the speck that Nico would've been was irrelevant. He enjoyed doing this because the moment Apollo bought the sun into their world, Nico was able to do something he loved to do the most while nobody was around; swim.
Swimming always made Nico feels so relaxed and at peace, not to mention that it was a great work out, and considering his ADHD was always in overdrive, it was always a great way to get loose some pent up energy. Standing from his seated position, Nico removed his shirt and shoes before slipping his black skinny jeans from his legs, leaving him standing there just his boxers. He didn't care about swimming in his underwear, as far as he was concerned it was basically the same as doing so in swimming shorts, except boxers were actually more comfortable. It only took a few quick strides from where he was standing to reach the edge of the lake, and with an effortless motion, he had dived beneath the surface of the water.
The water felt so relaxing after spending all night visiting random places via shadow travel that Nico almost just wanted to stay exactly where he was, floating around on the surface without a care in the world. However, it only took a few second for his ADHD to kick in and he was off, swimming around the lake, with no real sense of direction or purpose in his task. This was merely an exercise for him, which kept him in great shape. Of course, after an hour of this, Nico became tired and left the comfort of the water and returned to the bank where his jeans and shirt were. Using the shirt on the ground, he dried off his body somewhat and returned his legs to the protection of the denim. His shirt however, was too wet to wear now, so he simply threw over his shoulder and wandered back toward to archery.
As he walked slowly through the trees that seperated the lake from the archery, Nico could feel another human around him, a demigod to be precise. Closing his eyes, he searched the area until he found the source, peering into the soul of one Drew Davis, Daughter of Ares. This could be interesting, He thought, knowing that she was also aware of another's presence and was preparing to battle whoever it was. Shaking off the migraine that started from the use of his ability, Nico walked into the archery range, his red eye still slightly glowing from his soul gaze on the girl that now stood about 50 feet away. As he had seen in her soul, Drew's fists were clenched and ready to defend her, but that wasn't really what he was paying attention to. At least not at first. He couldn't help but notice how attractive this girl was, both in looks and personality. She was a fighter, he knew from her soul, and she loved to fight men such as himself. Oh well, He thought, stepping closer to Drew and raising up his hands in a playfully arrogant fashion. "Now, now," He began, smirking slightly, "No need to be so defensive." He looked down at her clenched fists and smiled. "I'm Nico," He said, taking the shirt from his shoulder and trying to dry his wet hair a little more.

you heard that i was trouble , BUT YOU COULDN'T RESISTJ U S T T A K E A B I T E L E T M E S H A K E U P Y O U R W O R L D- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -Drew stood there with her hands clenched. Her knuckles turned white. And she was ready for anything, just like she was when she was younger. Drew only had a high school education. She graduated high school, took one semester of college and dropped out. There was too much structure, and she didn’t really like school. That and she got into too much trouble. Drew never really had a way with keeping friends. She tried to get people to be friends with her, but for some reason no one ever really liked her. She soon realized, well she came off strong, and on top of that, she was an instigator of fights.
Her first fight, she was in the eighth grade. She was in the lunch room and well, Drew wasn’t all that popular. She didn’t really have any friends and she was walking to the vending machine in the lunch room and Katheryn, the most popular girl in school, oh she just kept running her mouth. She kept running her mouth about how Drew was so short, and how she was weird and a loner. She went to put her dollar in the machine but turned around and slapped Katheryn in her face. She grabbed her by the shoulders, turned her around and pushed her up against the vending machine. By the time teachers came to break it up, there were locks of brunette hair on the ground and droplets of blood. It took two hefty male teachers to rip Drew off of the young beauty. But when Drew was done with her, she was far from beautiful.
The weird thing about it, was that Drew was completely pleased with herself that day. She was actually proud of herself that she actually possessed that kind of physical power. She got a rush from seeing the blood rush out of Katheryn’s nose, it was exhilarating to her. She loved watching it all happen. Granted, she got into trouble for what she did, but she didn’t really give a shit. She loved it. Her mother wasn’t too thrilled about what she had been getting into but, they just kind of dealt with it. Drew never really liked the attention though. Returning back to class everyone would look. Everyone would whisper behind her back and that was something she hated. All of this became into a routine every year, Drew would get into fights, win them, get peeled off of the person she had recently beaten up, and get sent home for about a week. The staff at school, they thought she was just a troubled teenager because of her missing father. Too bad none of them really knew about Ares. He was really the reason why she loved fighting so much. And if she lasted through a class, she was the ultimate devil’s advocate. She was a provoker. And the funny thing was, men were still attracted to her. She didn’t understand any of it. And when she graduated high school, she just had enough of everything. She basically roamed the streets of New York finding trouble around every corner.
There were many nights where Drew was brought home from the police, that, or she never came home at all. It was when her mom just had enough that she basically found a way to tell Ares to just deal with the stupid choices Drew was making in life, and that’s kind of how she got brought to Camp Half Blood. And to be honest, she was completely happy with her father’s choice. Camp Half Blood, it was, refreshing. She never really got to be in the quiet outdoors. She was a city girl. Ares knew exactly what she needed to grow and flourish as a woman of war. Her tactics and skills have increased immensely since she’s been at camp. But some things, they just don’t change. Drew still got into a few fights at camp, but, not as many as she used to get into. It was in her nature to fight, and when she realized who was on the Archery range with her, she was not very happy.
Nico DiAngelo, well, he was well known around as Hades’ son. And most people knew him for his one red eye that looks into your soul. And Drew kind of made it a point to avoid him. She went through some tough shit that she didn’t really want people knowing about. And having Nico know, he wasn’t her number one choice for having personal information shared. He came off cocky as usual, and well, she kept her hands clenched. She looked up at the sky and well, she saw her bird circling the air. Her vulture, he was always there for her, his name was Xavier. And whenever she was in a high tense situation, he was there circling the skies to make sure nothing was going to happen to her. She turned around, to face Nico. It was the first time she ever met him. And well, his eye startled her a bit, and other than that, he looked, not that bad looking for the selection of men at camp. He introduced himself, and well, she could care less about him. She was somewhat drained from her run, and it then hit her, that her breathing was a little heavy.
“I love arrogance for breakfast”She said with a smirk on her face, she crossed her arms over her chest, she had very little patience to begin with, and well, with arrogance, there was even less patience. She couldn’t help herself from scanning the young man over. His tattoos and piercing, well, she was always attracted to that kind of guy. And not to mention, the fact that he had no shirt on, well, it just made it a little harder not to look. “I’m Drew”She took in a sharp breath, she had a little trouble with her lungs lately but that still didn’t stop her from running every day. “I’m so glad” she had to pause once more “to know you like the smell of sweaty woman” she let out a sigh in relief. She sat down on the ground to catch her breath. The grass still wet from the morning dew. “Anything else I can help you with?” she asked with an eye brow raised in curiosity.

---------- As Nico stood in front of Drew, waiting for some kind of response from her, he absentmindedly rubbed his eye, the one that gave him the ability to gaze into people's souls. It always made him slightly self-conscious when people could actually see it due to his history as a kid. The other children, and even their parents, always felt incredibly uncomfortable around him, purely for the simple fact that he was different. Of course, at the start of his life, he had no idea just how different he was, but their discomfort toward him caused an alienation from such a young age that the person he was today was inevitable.
In fact, it took Nico up until the age of 9 years old to even make any friends, and that was simply because he was shipped off to a camp full of people like himself, and even then, almost everybody felt uncomfortable around him because of two things. Firstly, his eye, which became rapidly known as the thing that could see people's deepest and darkest secrets without permission, and secondly, the fact that he was the Son of Hades. Nico had thought that around other byproducts of the Gods would've increased his chance of fitting in and making some friends, but apparently not. Nobody wanted to hang out with on their own time, and whenever they trained, everybody seemed to want to challenge him based on the fact that he was the son of one of the three.
Naturally, Nico did what any normal child would do when faced with that situation. He became an outsider, an individual that worked for number one and didn't let anybody stand in his way. He took one on one lessons from the trainers in his free time to learn all of his abilities and harbor them as weapons, trained late in the evening on his own, using the archery and other such areas, to find his own way of controlling them, rather than the "proper" way that he was shown, and used his abilities to give the other students a real reason to fear him.
From the age of 12, Nico had full control over himself, and used everyone in his arsenal to torture anybody who even remotely crossed him. He would set people on fire, trap them under an onslaught on rocks, cause a rift in the ground with an earthquake to swallow them up, or, his personal favourite, peer deep into their souls and mentally tear them apart with their fears or sins. The only reason he was the way he was was simply because nobody accepted him. It was a simple psychological equation.
As he stood in the clearing by the archery looking upon Drew, Nico saw the exact same uncomfortable look cross over her face that he had come to recognise through his entire life. His arrogant, defensive side was ebbing it's way through his subconscious and sliding onto his lips in the form of a smirk. His face automatically lowered so that his eyes were covered by the shadows, and his fingers also automatically flexed themselves. The rage inside of him was welling up like a typhoon. It was a shame really, because he heard about Drew before even meeting her, and from what he'd heard, he was quite looking forward to running into her. Now that he'd actually met her and she automatically jumped to conclusions about him as everyone else had done, his blood was boiling. He knew that one of her abilities was to cause this very reaction in people so she could have her little battles, but after her speechless assumptions on him, there would no need.
"Just for breakfast?" Nico asked, a shade of darkness in his voice now, "What a shame, I've got enough arrogance to feed you for the whole day." He couldn't help but notice her eyes scanning his body, taking in the modifications he had made to it. Usually he would've made a comment about how obvious she was making it, but right now he was in an entirely different place mentally. "I know who you are," He spat, turning his attention to the targets to his right, "Don't bother pretending that you don't know what I can do." His eyes were not on her, but he was sure that she was still staring at him, either to take in more of his tattoos or to glare at him for his response.
With a simple flick of his wrist, Nico engulfed his own hand in flame and flung it toward a target, which consequently exploded from the center and flew in all directions. Not satisfied with his attempted method of cooling down his anger, he lit the other hand up and flung more balls of flame at the rest of the targets on the field, hitting them all neatly in the center. Unfortunately his rage was still pumping through his veins. From the corner of his mind, Nico heard Drew's last question and chuckled out of pure bemusement. "You could leave," He said, no warmth behind his tone at all, "You're quite distracting." He turned to face her once again, taking in the defensive stance and discomfort once again.

you heard that i was trouble , BUT YOU COULDN'T RESISTJ U S T T A K E A B I T E L E T M E S H A K E U P Y O U R W O R L D- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -Drew heard about Nico. She knew of him the moment she got to camp. She knew about his eye, and she was trying her best not to, well, warn him. Her soul, it wasn’t one could say fully intact. Her soul, she liked to call it damaged goods. There were days where she felt like she didn’t even have a soul. And for some reason that didn’t concern her. She knew that at some point, Nico would take the liberty upon himself to look into her. See who she really is. She didn’t even know who she was. It was a mystery to her. She knew physically she was a young nineteen year old woman who has a niece and nephew who can take down the twelve core deities of Olympus. She knew that she had impeccable powers that heighten anger and one that was brand new to her. One that she really didn’t mention to anyone but, she could slowly age people, if she really wanted to. She can take the youth that you have and hold onto it as long as she wanted to. Hell, she could even take it for herself and keep herself young forever. Although Drew never really would be the type for that.
Inside of Drew, there was something that kept her from being pure evil. There was definitely that tug and pull of good and evil within her though. And it wasn’t a fun battle. She blamed the constant war within her for her physical pain and the reason for her “broken” soul. Her father said that someone would be able to mend it one day. And she didn’t really know what he meant. But if he was talking about love, she wasn’t ready to take that plunge. She never really thought she would be. Her power did get in the way many times. And that’s why she didn’t really get very close to people. And she didn’t mind it. She’d rather be alone than committed to someone. But apparently, the only way to fix her soul, it was through love. Love was really the only thing that could make her alive. Just one talk with her father and she knew it was true. He was trying to find love so hard. And he found it with Drew’s mother, and it was heartbreaking for Ares when he couldn’t bring her to Olympus. Well, we can’t all win. Drew never really understood how such a strong man like her father could fall so deeply in love. And maybe that’s where Ares and Drew connect. What makes them one in the same. Not the arrogance, fighting skills, war, strategy, and wrath. Maybe it was the mending of souls.
Nico was someone Drew could easily handle. Just because he was the son of one of the three, it wasn’t anything close to intimidating to Drew. She knew she could defeat him but, something was holding her back. And she knew that, that was what caused her shortness of breath. Her difficulties were ones mostly connected to, well her damned half brother Eros. She remembered the first time she met Eros. They were younger. Surprisingly, Drew was around fifteen. And well, she gave Eros the biggest ass kicking of his life. And it was there that Eros completely ruined her. He somehow managed to break her soul and let only love mend it. A true love. He also managed to find some god forsaken way to connect her broken soul to her physical body. So, until her soul was mended, her physical strength, it was lacking. But she hadn’t really felt the effects till now.
Maybe because Drew was never exposed to what love really was. But, now she was getting a feel for it, and it was ruining her. She didn’t know where to look or where to find it. All of the men at camp were well, not someone she’d be interested in. All of them were more cocky than the next, some were well blatantly gay and others were just assholes. She was more than frustrated with herself at this point, and she finally had her breath back in her lungs. She stood up and she could tell her powers were bothering Nico. Which brought a firm smirk upon her face. She let him say whatever he wanted, as much as it bothered her, she didn’t let it really show. “ So we’re both equally infamous, you with your soul seeing eye, me with my temper and skills.”She watched as Nico began to throw fire balls at the target. She knew why he was doing it. She knew it was her fault. She was causing Nico’s anger to rise. It was actually making her somewhat happy that the arrogant well, good looking male was getting what he deserved. He kept throwing the fire balls to the targets on the field. “Getting a little frustrated Nico?” She couldn’t help but get happiness out of seeing him like that. It was mean, but it was just who she was. He turned around calling her a distraction, the smirk still on her face. Her shirt was sticking to her skin, and well, it was getting somewhat uncomfortable. The sun was rising and the heat was already bothering her too. She took off her shirt and stood there with her bikini top, and slowly popped one hip to the side. Nico tried to get Drew to leave, but she couldn’t believe him. “I was here first Nico, you leave, but now I think you’re stupid eyes won’t want to.” She couldn’t help but smile. She knew exactly how to play her cards. She was strategic just like her father. And it was slightly paying off to see Nico agitated.

---------- Nico knew that his anger levels were peaking, but he also knew that it wasn't because of Drew that this was happening. This was a normal thing for him, when people were completely inconsiderate or judgemental toward him without really knowing him, he went into a rage. It was most likely a side effect of his father's personality after being betrayed by his brothers, but whenever it happened, he just had an almost uncontrollable to kill everything around him. If it wasn't for his own promise to himself, he would have no trouble fulfilling that desire.
However, when Nico first discovered who his father really was, he had made said promise to himself to not become him. He didn't want to be jaded by betrayal and alienate himself in the underworld only to grow more and more bitter with every passing second. Unfortunately, this promise was becoming increasingly harder to keep with everyone forcing him to alienate himself. All he wanted was the same things as everyone else. Friends that he could trust, a life he could live peacefully, and possibly somebody to spend said life with. This was becoming increasingly more difficult to accomplish with nobody giving him the chance he knew he deserved.
There was only one person who Nico could actually rely on, his best friend Kaige, but even he was just as jaded and rebellious as Nico, so it probably wasn't the healthiest of friendships. It was all he had though so what choice did he really have? None. However, one had to make do with what he could. It was a real shame though, because as much as he loved hanging out with Kaige, all Nico really wanted was a simpler life. Then again, that was probably out of the question for the Son of Hades.
At Drew's question of his frustration, Nico merely laughed emptily. "Don't think for a second that this is your ability that is getting me like this," He said, causing more balls of flame at his finger tips, "I'm sick... and fucking... tired... of people... judging me... before... knowing me!" With each break he hurled his endless supply of fire at imaginary targets, considering he'd already destroyed every single available one already. It was just then that he noticed her little smile, knowing she was getting her satisfaction from this. Suddenly something snapped inside of him. "You're enjoying this huh?" He said, a smirk growing on his face, slowly turning to an evil grin, "You really want me to delve further into your soul? I only skimmed the surface a moment ago, but I know there's something there that you want to keep hidden."
Nico was more than sure that would get her fires burning, her defenses up, but he didn't care anymore. If she was just going to be yet another shameless judge of character then he was going to live up to his reputation in the camp. "What is it you're hiding in there huh?" He asked, his red eye glowing slightly from his anger and the possibility of jumping into action, "Some... dirty little secret maybe? Or an event that traumatised you and turned you in the horrid person you are today?" Now it was Nico's turn to clench his fists as he stood there, facing Drew, his breath shallow as his emotions ran wild.
That was when she took off her shirt, revealing the bikini top beneath it. Nico's breath drew even shorter as he couldn't help but look her up and down again. There was something about this girl, even if he wouldn't admit to it right now. Scoffing at her comment, he rolled his eyes and smirked. "Oh please," He muttered, dropping his shirt to the floor for dramatic effect, "You haven't been able to your eyes off me." He was fully aware that she would either deny it or have some kind of remark back, but he didn't care. For now, he just took in the view in front of him. After all, it was a beautiful view.

you heard that i was trouble , BUT YOU COULDN'T RESISTJ U S T T A K E A B I T E L E T M E S H A K E U P Y O U R W O R L D- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -Drew was heated. Nico was not getting on her good side, and she knew that he was never going to be on his good side. It was kind of obvious the moment he uttered his first words to her. She was always full of rage, and it wasn’t anything new to her but she was getting sick of it. She wanted out but she didn’t want to lose her relationship with her father. She liked being in his good graces. She was the strongest of his daughters and the most like him. She couldn’t help but blame Eros for all of this. Eros was her half brother whom she absolutely hated him.
Eros wasn’t letting her be a “normal” woman. She felt like she wasn’t capable of emotions other than anger or frustration. She couldn’t help it because her damned half brother, well he had a hold on her. She never realized why her father didn’t do anything but it was probably because of Eros’ mother, Aphrodite. She never really liked Drew and it was well, kind of obvious why. Drew wasn’t really the most lovable woman, she was gorgeous beyond belief and a lot of men found her attractive, but nothing close to loveable.
Drew was jealous of the other girls, and it was somewhat obvious with her hostility towards them. But what was even worse when men were rude to her and she well, was hostile towards them too. There were days when Drew was all alone at camp, and well, to be honest, Drew was either depressed or angry. There was rarely a day where she was happy or well, anything remotely close to that feeling. And if there was anything that she wanted, it was the feeling of happiness and love in her. She wanted to experience it. She wanted to know what it felt like to fall in love. What it felt like to yearn for that one person in your life. She wanted to know what it was like to live and breathe for someone. And the way things were going with Nico, it didn’t seem like he was going to get those types of emotions out of her.
Nico responded to her, and well, he wasn’t very happy. He kept throwing fire from the tips of his fingers between each word. And well, it was somewhat pleasing to know that she could make him angry, because well, that’s what she was impeccable at. She couldn’t help but laugh, she slightly shook her head back and forth. “Nico, how wrong you are. If you know who I am, you know that this is what I do. I MAKE people frustrated and I MAKE people angry. I encourage blood lust, anger, warfare, and chaos.” A few more strands of hair fell from her pony tail. She looked up to the heated sun, and well, beads of sweat were already falling down her forehead but some were already being made from just the pure heat of the sun. Nico spoke of being judged, and that was something Drew was all too familiar with. People called her the heartless, heated, ruined, broken, vacant. She knew exactly what it was like to be judged. And she was not for one second judging Nico. Because she knew what it was like to be some sort of outcast. She couldn’t help but feel angry towards Nico because well, he didn’t know anything about her. He had no clue what she went through or what was wrong with her.
She hung her head down, to show at least some remorse, but he cut through her thoughts. “You're enjoying this huh?” She raised her head with a smirk, it was almost like a drug when people got that frustrated, and well, Nico was obviously an easy target. But her smirk slowly faded as his eye began to glow and he threatened to search her. She couldn’t help but keep a fearful face. The last thing she needed was Nico to go into her and realize what made her life miserable, and why she was the way she was. Even though she knew Nico was well, not on her best side right now. Every person was a glimpse of hope to her.
Every man, could be the one to fix her, and well, she couldn’t help but think that with Nico. She was physically attracted to him to begin with, but, she didn’t know how they could possibly get along. Her mind started going in that round where, she could potentially have him, well, fix her. And then, when she was whole again, she could go after Eros. He knew she was hiding something and well, it scared her that he could find that information out. “N-n-no, I’m not hiding anything, don’t you dare Nico.” She tried to keep her voice firm and strong. “I swear I’ll kill you” she said underneath her breath, in a very soft whisper.
She couldn’t help but notice Nico stare and well, his breath sharpened as he saw her take off her shirt. She was flopping back and forth from anger, fear, and well somewhat flirty. There was no beating around the bush that Nico was not bad looking at all, at least for Drew. She thought he was well, quite handsome in her eyes. And the fact that she could tell that he thought somewhat the same things about her, well, it just made the game more fun. She let a flirtatious flirt and made her way towards Nico. And she was well, close enough that she barely stretched out her hand and touched his chest and slightly outlined his tattoo. She let a small smile from the side of her mouth. “Why Nico, you’re so right, I can’t keep my eyes off of you…..I don’t mind it one bit”. The last part of the sentence , she spoke in a whisper. She couldn’t help but milk this moment for all it was worth. She knew that blood was rushing on both ends. Almost like an adrenaline rush. And it was, quite satisfying. She had never really felt that way, and it almost made her feel alive.

---------- Nico couldn't help but feel strange as he stared at Drew, her emotions soaring just as high as his in their heated discussion. It was something he'd never felt before, something new to him, which could only mean one thing. He liked the girl. Unfortunately that complicated things, considering right now his mind was telling him to rip her head off. However, even though he was in a complete rage at the moment, he could feel the anger ebbing slightly, seeing her in a different light. He saw a girl who had been through as much as he had, leaving her damaged, and dealing with life's curve balls any way she could.
If anyone understood how this worked, it was Nico. He'd been to a point where he thought he would never be able to return, a place he onestly believed he would have to become exactly like his father, jaded and bitter. Luckily, he'd managed to pull himself through, though he still harboured alot of negative emotions toward the human race.
Nico had become well accustomed to seeing pain or misery on someone's face around camp, and that was usually what he used to prey on people, making others even more miserable to make himself feel better about his own miserable life. Now though, he didn't feel like picking on the girl in front of him. His elevated state of anger had almost cooled completely, leaving him with nothing but confusion at feelings he'd never dealt with before.
Now that his emotions were dying down, Nico looked at Drew curiously at her comment. He knew full well of her abilities, yet he'd never once heard of this power giving way until a fight had commenced, if at all. "Well then, if this is you doing this to me," He began, allowing his muscles to relax as his faced his body toward her, "How is it that I no longer feel like a want to tear you to pieces?" He wandered how she would react to this question. Whether she would be just as curious as him, whether she was no longer trying to make him boil over like a volcano, or even if she had dropped her guard only to cause some sort of false pretense in his mind.
Nico felt guilty as he saw Drew's reaction to his threat to gaze into her past. That was genuine fear on her face, and no man with even a shred of dignity could carry through with any threat at that sight. Still, curiosity stayed with him as his red eye faded to a dull crimson. What exactly caused that fear in her at his threat? what could be so bad that she would do anything in her power to keep it inside. "Don't worry," He said, a slight tone of remorse in his voice, "I'm not going to do that. Not yet anyway." He couldn't help but keep the threat there on some level, it was his own form of defense. He had to keep the upper hand on people, just in case.
The fear in her eyes only continued to grow with every second that passed. It seemed that Drew's every thought was causing her to spiral further and further into her fear. He took a few steps closer to her, and as he did he heard the words that came out of her mouth in a soft whisper. I swear I'll kill you. With a smirk on his face, he briefly thought about what a fight between the two of them would be like, but it didn't take him long to question whether or not that was what he wanted from her. A few minutes ago, he was ready to destroy her with his bare hands. But now? Who knew what would happen. "I have no intention of seeing why you are the way you are," He said, resisting the urge to put a comforting hand on her shoulder. In her state, she could just as easily snap it off without so much as a second thought.
At Drew's touch, Nico's entire went slightly rigid. There could be no denying to himself that he found her very attractive, and with that in mind, the fact that she was now touching him instead of threatening to kill him was something he was both surprised by and slightly enthusiastic about. She was so close to him now that it would take no effort at all to do anything at all, whether it was kill her or kiss her, but his emotions were so all over the place right now, he did neither. He merely stood there, and smirk on his lips as she continued to outline the tattoo on his chest. "You're are the very definition of mixed messages," He commented, glancing at her hand on his chest and then back into her eyes, "Not that I'm complaining of course." There was something in the way she spoke that just sent Nico off the edge. He could see in her eyes that what he was feeling, she was too. Without even really thinking any further, he took his hand, put it beneath Drew's chin, and pulled her into a passionate kiss.

you heard that i was trouble , BUT YOU COULDN'T RESISTJ U S T T A K E A B I T E L E T M E S H A K E U P Y O U R W O R L D- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Drew wasn’t used to the consideration of others. Drew was used to being treated like the bitch she was. And because she was so scared of Nico delving into her past, well, she didn’t have her guard high enough to keep him angry. And she was losing her power over the situation. She wanted to be in power so much. She was almost as power hungry as her father. Which was, pretty intense if you thought about it. Nico was probably her biggest competition and fear at Camp Half Blood. He was probably the only one who could bring her down other than Eros. And if he were to ever step foot at camp, well, he’d probably be dead. There was no way that Drew’s next encounter with Eros would be peaceful. Drew had every intention to kill him.
Her blood kept boiling just at the thought of Eros. She let out a big breath and, tried to simmer down a bit. Drew didn’t want to believe Nico. She didn’t want to bring her guard down just to watch the crimson eye turn to a bright red and everything would spill. She didn’t need anyone grabbing a hold of the things that happened in her past. Especially Nico, he could take her down so easily. Everything was tactics with Drew. Life was a big war, and the only way to get through the was to strategize. It was the only thing she knew how to do.
Drew was so confused by the feelings that Nico made her feel. She knew they were connected somehow, but the how was what was something she wanted to know from him. But there was no way he’d open up right away. And his compassion, it was starting to show, and Drew just saw it as a weakness. That’s why she took her chances by getting well, half naked and close to him. He mentioned not finding the reason why she was the way she was, and it only gave her relief. But did he like her that much that he’d give up his power for her? It was all so confusing. She could feel Nico go stiff at her touch. And it could only bring up a smirk on her face.
She loved having men squirm at her touch. She knew he liked it. Tracing his chest, she only found him more and more attractive. There was just something about Nico that was there, that he could potentially fix her. They both weren’t very, well, normal. No one really talked to them. It was almost perfect. They could have their time in peace. They could do whatever they wanted without the eyes of others staring and caring at their movements and such. Maybe Nico was worth the try. Her thoughts were running wild and all she could hear were a few mumbles and then his hand was underneath her chin. She took a sharp intake of air, not realizing that she liked the feel of his touch.
Their lips met, and her eyes slowly closed. It was passionate, her heart began to race, faster than when she was doing work outs. It was almost like someone kept pulsing her with electricity. Her had slid up from his chest to the bottom of his neck because she was so short. He towered over her. There was no doubt that Drew was kissing back. She never had such a passionate kiss. There was something about it. Her mind was going crazy she just went from hating this man to wanting him like crazy. Was someone cursing her or using powers on her? She couldn’t figure it out. She slowly pulled away. She couldn’t figure out what was going on. She leaned her forehead on his chest, and tried to catch her breath.
What the hell was going on? She didn’t know what to do. She looked up at Nico “What the FUCK was that?!”She didn’t want him to know that she thoroughly enjoyed it. Although, he probably knew it already, it was quite obvious from her kissing back. She didn’t want to stop. She would have kept going if fear didn’t stop her. She didn’t want to end up more broken than she was. All she could really let herself do was stare at his chest. She was just about that height anyway. She knew she wasn’t very tall for a woman, but, her size was not something to underestimate. But, anyway, she couldn’t figure out what his intentions were. And it was getting her worked up once again “If you think you can just hook up with me and drop me to the side you are SO wrong. Don’t fucking toy with me Nico”. She quickly blurted out. It was almost like her mind wasn’t even filtering her words, they were just flowing without stopping. “You can’t just start, you can’t make out with me and expect for me to kiss back and then soon enough you’re going to say you love me and I’m not going to fall for this bullshit, I won’t end like that again, you’re not going to bring me with you, make me believe you and ruin me. I won’t allow it. I’m not that stupid. I’m not falling for your stupid tricks Nico, Fuck that shit.” Her breath was cut short, she took a couple breaths and let her arm fall from his chest that was slightly supporting her up. She let her blue eyes look in to his brown and crimson one, she was ready to beat the shit out of him. Her mood swinging from left to right from fear and fear itself. The one thing that could only make him that much stronger. With that though, Drew began to slightly shake from all the paranoia.
